5-year extended warranty

The warranty period for Hammer and Wester products is 1 year. A basic warranty certificate is issued with each product.

If you contact to the service center, you must have a receipt from the store, the main warranty card and a printout of the additional warranty card that you received by mail.

Additional warranty for 48 months is provided after expiry of basic warranty term. You may get the additional warranty certificate by completing the form on this page.

The issued certificate constitutes a warranty for maintenance service in all Hammer service centers in Russia, Republic of Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

Additional warranty includes all terms and conditions of the basic warranty agreement. You are recommended to read the terms and conditions of warranty service. Please note that the warranty covers only the defects caused by the manufacturer. 

To get an extended warranty, you need to register on the site within a month after purchase.
